AA out today, looks like pedal still connected ok. Its a shared reservoir for brake and clutch fluid and havnt lost any fluid. Still hoping its a jammed rod but garage now have it so wait to see what they think.

Hi my 08 freelander td4 has had this problem where the clutch pedal wouldnt return fully, had to pull it back up with my foot. Today it got worse and luckily went straight the floor just as i was going to my drive. Obvious thing is the master slave cylinder but I have not lost any fluid at all...

its definately the immobiliser. Tried disconnecting battery and coonecting the cables together. Alarm did reset and engine started briefly and shut down again and immobiliser wont go off again. Did it twice with same effect. Looks like it will need to get reset on the computer.

UPDATE: REPLACED THE THROTTLE BODY BUT DIDNT HELP. THE IMMOBILISER WONT GO OFF. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO RESET THE IMMOBILSER?

Hi Thanks Mechanic said ecu was working and fuel pressure was ok, he thought it was definately an air intake issue. First code related to air con fault another was intake valve was shut.
