    I maybe a bit biased but I have them on my 110 and love them... Old school, nothing to go wrong, easy to replace If you damage etc.actually a bit like my 200tdi!

    Really depends on what else it has going for it, state of bulkhead etc. Also I have found that geographical location has alot to do with it. Also are you capable of carrying out any of the repairs yourself? If the chassis is completely shot compared to only needing patching or an outrigger etc...

    So quick update, Bmw is now back on the drive after being recovered by local company on flatbed. Met with CrazyMac lastnight at car but it would not fit on his trailer sadly,the other option would have been for him to tow with a solid bar but due to distance and coupling that with no power...

    Hi as mentioned In a post earlier my BMW estate has thrown a crankshaft pulley in st David's, West Wales. :-( this is a long shot I know but does any kind landy owner have a trailer they are willing to lend/use to recover it? It's an auto so can't be towed plus it has no pas due to pulley missing!
