I'm pretty sure this doesn't go into the cylinder. It's between the injectors and the head looks like this.

I was working on replacing my Injector Seals and washers and I accidentally dropped the copper washer into the hole where my finger is. I've been using a copper wire to try to fish it out. Does anyone know where this hole leads to?? I've been looking at the pictures of the bottom of the Head...
