Power washed Jasper Tuesday, then sat at car wash for 35 mins without starting, eventually got going and now it's missing badly.... Intermittently but missing all the same. It sat up yesterday and took it out this evening and still the same. Any ideas? Novice at this stuff but want to sort...

Have noticed over the weekend that whenever I stopped and turned off ignition it was like the engine wanted to restart, it wouldn't go the whole way to re starting by itself but engine made a couple of jumps before it finally cut out.... Any ideas? Seems to be after long runs. It's a series 3...

Hi, I have a 1974 series 3 petrol, I've noticed when I change from 3rd to 4th gear the power just dips and it takes a while to build up almost like going from 3rd to 5th on a 5speed box, anybody have any idea what might cause this or is it just par for the course on series 3's? Thanks

Hi, nice amount of oil coming from what I think is steering box ( not an expert!) it's a yellowish grease type texture, anyway there is a intermittent crack on left lock. Steering seems to be operating fine but need to get this sorted. Is there a repair kit for this someone mentioned ball...

Brought my series to get plates changed over this morning to irish vehicle reg tax office, inspector wanted to see stamp on chassis and won't clear customs until I have located it. Where the fudge is this? There is waxoyl on chassis so peeling back is gonna tricky so any help would be great?!

Fumes insidr series 3 from time to time particularly on runs where there are lots of stops and starts, oil smell sometimes then petrol at others. Any advice?? ;)

Trying bit by bit to restore series 3, is there anywhere that shows original spec and finishes for one of these? Want to try to keep internal and external as close as I can to what it was back in 74 when it rolled out.

Installing new water pump in my series 3, think I'm in trouble. Managed to line up all bolts eventually then I foolishly over tightened one and it snapped leaving part of it in the thread, it was my last one to tighten. Can I leave it there or as I said am I in trouble. Raging.

Hi Guys, Want to fit spare wheel to bonnet, mounting plate etc... All in place but the s shaped holders or dog legs that bolts go through seem to be too long. There are 4 black rubber spacers to protect bonnet from wheel. Can I ad more spacers to make dog legs work or am I just doing it...
