    sorry only just worked out how to find my replies. should rtfs. I think it was the torque converter. It used to clang it's arse off under engine braking. Mind you I think I was always looking for an excuse to buy another disco anyway.

    Just wanted to say hello. Just bought my second Disco, a Series 2 TD5 after getting rid of my 300 TDI a few years ago. Looking forward to getting mucky again.
