Free to collector only. Freelander 15" alloys x5. Came from an 02 TD4 (6 spoke) so would need spacers to fit earlier cars. Shod with 4x Hankook Dynapro AT-M 195/80 tyres. 2x nearly new (approx 8mm tread), 2x part worn (approx 6mm tread) and another completely different tyre on the "spare"...

This. I had a similar noise / rotational knocking when cornering. If it's like mine, get underneath, grab the prop and pull it about. I could replicate the knocking with little effort. Rubbers were shot. It's worth checking the vcu of course, but likely the bearings for the noise.

Just went through this and my 2002 GS TD4 registered 03/04/02 comes out at £305 annually, not much different to what it is now. Came out as tax band K.

What does the door open light (the one on the dash, not the courtesy light) show if you open the door? If it shows it closed then the open/close sensor is duff. This would explain why it's rising again. If it shows it open...dunno.

Could be done. Biggest tasks plumbing into the coolant system and fitting a stand pipe in the fuel tank. Electrically it's largely independent of the car, but the factory fitted ones have a feed from one of the control units that is live (12v) when the engine is running. This passes through...

In this weather it may be worth checking the battery - the cold may have killed it.

Don't know much about sport spec, but I believe it has shorter springs for one. Half leather too by looks of it. The replaced ird is nice, but if the old one died because the vcu got excessively stiff, it's not good that it doesn't seem to have been replaced as well. I wonder if the vcu / prop...

Even at £2500 it seems pricey for being sold untested with no comeback. I'd walk (run actually).

Kneel down on the front edge where the arms engage? Happens to mine after I put extra sound deadening in.
