It appears that they have cut and welded the mounts to suit, I'm struggling for a reasonable engine replacement so I guess I'll look at tidying the engine bay up and doing the pistons.

I don't that bit is already done buddy.. I bought it with the 200 engine in this was done in 2011.. its the 200 engine I'm looking at changing now.

I wired a Chinese one in for my mates dad in a van it was in the back and pipe it to the front and it kicked out some air and heat.. the main reason I want it is to dismist the screen but I might do the above and stick a heater under the middle row seats at a later date!

I want it for both heat and demisting the window screen but the later more than the forth as I can wear a jacket! I think I might go with this and fit one at a later date under the middle row seats

Sorry for the late reply guys. I always like to get a solution to my problem on as it gives others ideas of solutions. It turned out to be the pump relay, the air bags was perished so we replaced those and my mate bought a Hawkeye and we calibrated the system ourself and it’s been bang on since
