good morning chaps, i've got 4 steel wheels to fit a disco2. decent condition; one has a legal michelin with even tread. i'm sure they'll be of use to someone. i'm in dronfield, derbyshire. first up best dressed.

Disco2 99 had a crunch when changing from 3rd to 4th. Changed oil to mtf94 and it works like a dream now. On the same note I used a 5l pump dispenser for putting the oil in. This screwed directly onto the 1l oil container; quick and didn't lose a drip. Type it in google it's there...

Just a quick update on a problem I had with the discovery cutting out on a quarter tank. Previously I had fitted a secondhand pump which works fine. After removing pump and actually engaging my brain it turns out the float arm had an angle of around 75 degrees rather than 90 like is shown on...

checked fuel pump, looked fine. new filter; still wouldn't properly finish the purging cycle. had the idea of putting more fuel in; dropped in 30 litres, pump sounded much better and the fuel system went through it's cycle; started and runs fine. Hello from sheffield, Just bought a well looked after td5 1999 120k. Running it on 50% bio single stage. Already changed discs, pads and fuel filter with help from threads on here. Thanks for that. Next is an oil change. I hope in time i can be of use to someone else. Regards mark
