This is driving me nuts. Rear seats on my 99 TD5 wont fold up fully. Can fold the seat backs forwards but pulling on the cable release wont unlock! Cant seem to see a way to slide anything to the catch and cant remove seats as the bolts are underneath. Anyone had this problem before and got it...
