Yes I discovered that, could have done with a 3rd hand....got there in the end although I'm not convinced the fuel gauge is working correctly 😥

Job done, managed to get carpet up and get it changed, had a bit of difficulty getting the new pump in and to sit right but got there. Thank you

I had the body seem leaking above the windscreen and it was running along the roof lining and coming down various points

Do u mean where the seat fastens down on the floor? How much space is there between the floor and the tank?

Do I need to remove the fuel tank on a 04 TD5 to change the in tank fuel pump or is there an inspection cover in the floor? Thank you

. Here is a typical sh*t Scottish land rover, the chassis matches the top side and it's 10 years old!!

I re-mapped my last disco, an 02 plate and it made a big difference, I now have an 04 plate and intend to re-map it soon. The main difference I noticed was over taking and not needing to drop a gear to do so

Well that could be true fine however BMWs seem to have an issue with rain in and snow....they crash 💥

Have to disagree with this, I have had several discoverys and it's all down to how you look after them, I take great pride in keeping the chassis clean and with a good coating of wax oil, I have never had a complaint about them when I have sold them!

Well took out the roof lining, water getting along the top of the windscreen, and coming down at the top right corner. Is that a screen out job???

Thanks, I tried to seal up the top corners, I noticed there was a gap in the windscreen rubber at the end of the roof gutter but even after that the water still gets in and the roof lining is soaked when it rains......🚿🚿🚿

How does the water manage to get in there? Is it through the windscreen rubber?
