That's how I found it was the solenoid that's why I changed it

Found out the problem I turned the engine manually, because the cog in the starter motor was in the gears so moved it out, and changed the solenoid.

Will give these suggestions a go thanks :)

How can I tell if my solenoid is engaging, or could it be that my starter motor cog is stuck in the gears?
