Hi guys, I've just fitted a new battery to my disco it's a 300 tdi 98 manual, it has a standard land rover cassette player, it asked me for a code, I typed it in, I think it is the right code, I pressed BND button in whilst pressing the volume button in to turn it on, it worked for 3mins then...

I have had a look at the wiring and there's nothing that stands out. Where is this earth strap you are on about? I can take a look and see if there's a issue. Thanks

It was a acrid smell not a oil smell

It's not the brakes, it's something to do with the speado, if you have been driving for 20mins on the road the discs will be a little hot

Hi guys, I've bought a second hand towbar for my 300 tdi it's on a 98, I am after the 4 bolts that attach it to the vehicle, I've looked on eBay but no luck, anybody know where I can get them from, I don't know the sizes so can't get them from my local all thread.
