Hi all When I start my D2 V8 I get a noise that sounds like a pump running! it only happens now and again, if I switch off the ignition and re start it does not happen again! sounds like it's coming from the front nearside corner! any ideas what it could be?

Thanks for the info guys. Bulb purchased from main dealer at £5.34! and job done in 15 mins. Nice and easy. Also repaired broken horn button at the same time! productive afternoon me thinks.

Hi all Can anyone tell me if the buttons under the lcd heater/aircon display on my D2 ES should be illuminated? the lcd is lit up but the fan/power/eco/direction buttons are not, and I kept hitting the wrong button in the dark tonight! Cheers

Hi all Can anyone tell me if the D2 has the same plug behind the offside rear light for the tow bar wiring? i'm pretty sure that the brackets etc are different but not sure about the wirirng! Cheers Neil

I just checked the date of the mag, it says August 2013 on the front cover left hand bottom corner, but September 2013 on page 3! it is a 02 plate Disco 2 with the heading "Disco Survival" above the photo.

I paid £3700.00 for it. It is the D2 featured on the front cover and used in the August issue of Land Rover Monthly! It has had quite a few new parts fitted and has a full years MOT so I was prepared to pay around that figure.

After spending 3hrs cleaning it this morning, I think I agree with you discool!!

Well, picked up my new freshly MOT'd and cleaned D2 V8 this morning! by 4pm it had been bumper deep in mud and water on it's first greenlining trip, then my wife took it shopping! poor thing must be so confused!!! lol

Going to view the V8 on Saturday! can't wait!!
