Can I just say that there is no power loss it's running perfect but with this belt type slipping noise?

It does sound like a slipping belt but I don't think it's the belts, could the turbo make a similar sound if the hoses are leaking from the intercooler or anywhere else and what would you expect if it was running dry with no oil being pumped through the turbo. It's just suspect after it started...

I've tried silicon lubricant and a little spray of wd40 on the belt Still nothing an also is it spring tension so theres no adjustment you can try yourself,?

It's something in the engine bay if I have it parked up and rev upto 3thousand revs it's squeals but not all the time it's worst when the engine is accelerating underload?
