    I'm back to Landrovers

I've had the FL2 a few weeks now and can say that its a great car very comfortable and easy to drive. I did find a couple of problems, the auto headlights and auto wipers didn't work in auto only manual so I took it back and got them repaired under warrantee, it was the windscreen sensor as I...

    I'm back to Landrovers

I've just had an update from the garage I'm getting the FL2 from and the dodgy wheel bearing turned out to be the rear diff bearing so it will be next week before I can pick her up as they've had to order parts. I'm itching to get my new car but pleased that this problem is going to be sorted...

    I'm back to Landrovers

I had a FL1 but traded it in a few months ago for a Chevrolet orlando LT diesel automatic as a I've been having problems with arthritis in my knee's and was struggling with the clutch. The chevy was a great car loads of power seven seats good road holding easy to drive but the DPF kept...

    washers not working

I don't know for sure but I would have thought they would pump at different rates as the rear washer only has one jet and the front has four jets.

    Which would you buy?

Don't think the Freelander 2 has one only the Mk1

Good Idea but how do you stop diesel pumping out all over the place.

    Intermittent power loss td4

If all the turbo hoses are OK not got any holes or splits in them then it could be the MAP sensor may only need a clean as mine did or a replacement. When I took the MAP sensor off mine the hole down the sensor was blocked up and after cleaning it out it works just fine.

    Heating is a bit cool

The original will most likely fail again they are a poor quality and don't last well.

    Td4

I'm not saying it will always work but for the price it cost to try it will save a lot of money rather than getting the injectors changed IF it does work and will still clean out the rest of the fuel system.

    Td4

My FL had all the symptom's of a duff injector, bad starting lack power smokey on start up but after using diesel rhino it now runs like a dream I think it's worth a try before the more expensive options.

    Td4

i had similar starting problems and used diesel rhino after seeing recommendations on here and it has completely cured the bad starting and runs a lot better and more economical too at £25 delivered its worth a try cheaper and easier than new injectors.

What have you done to your Freelander today

I've swapped from Millers/2stroke to Diesel Rhino and found a high improvement, now starts instantly and runs better more powerful.

    icarsoft i930

I have one of these and have found the manual to be useless, I had problems updating mine as my laptop is a Macbook and the wife's has Vista on it an their software only works with XP or windows 7. I think that the Hawkeye can do more such as programming keys and fobs. By the way their tech...
