Before I set it on fire, is there anyone locally (wirral) who can cast an eye over my engine. Had new lift pump, new solenoid, another injection pump I'm lost on why there's no fuel getting to the injectors. Heeeelp!

without the locking kit? ive heard a 9.5mm drill can be used to lock it. But before i get to that point how do i remove it? all pipes removed and plate mount bolts. cover is off and now im stuck... i gather i have to be at TDC before the pump is removed. can anyone advise on the next move? or if...

Can anyone tell me how much diesel should be spraying out of my injector lines? i fitted the new solenoid and now there is some fuel coming through but not alot. is this normal or should there be a lot when its cranked over. want to try every avenue before a new pump. cheers all

i do believe mine is dead :( flue is getting to the banjo bolt inlet to the pump but not out the back into the injector feed pipes. is three anything i can do to test it, or to fix it? if not and its time for a new ( second hand ) pump, what should i be looking for? are they all the same or are...

Hi everyone, just found this site and it looks very helpful. Used to have a disco 1 200. Have since upgraded to a 300 tho its just as problematic lol. Then again isn't that part of the landrover experience. Hope to have a pleasant stay here. Cheers Adam
