Well I checked the bonnet and taped the switch down which seems to have solved it, for a couple days, now it's started again. I've tested all the boot, bonnet and door sensors and they all seem fine. Any ideas??

It didn't happen in the pub, it happened just down the road, I followed him just outside the pub car park. There isn't any CCTV where it happened or witnesses

Because he got out and because I started having a go at him he said I drove into him, all his friends were in the pub down the road so said he'd use them as witnesses.

I meant to do the newbie part first, was in a rush as stupid alarm kept going off. Thanks for the advice, I'll try that today n keep you posted, how can I check if a sensor is/isn't working?

I've just bought my first discovery 300TDi and whenever I set my alarm either with the key or using the fob the alarm goes off after about 5 minutes. I can't understand why as the doors and windows are closed and there's no one near it?? Please help
