Two reasons; 1) My screen isn't broken. Maybe I could argue that the milky edges and the few tiny tiny chips and general wear might warrant a new screen. 2) My current screen is not heated, so getting an "upgrade" seems a bit dodgy. Maybe I'm missing something? :)

If you just want the ability to carry 4 people comfortably, all you should need to do is to buy (expensive) seats, fit them, and make sure your MOT guy is happy with it (again, do check the proper rules, don't rely on my info :D ). If you want to occasionally go into LEZ, borrow another car...

Your car, your choice. Corrosion on a lump of metal that size usually isn't a problem. A wire brush will make an easy job of it (and paint them if you want). If you're changing the callipers, at least sell the old ones on eBay or something. They're still 100% serviceable. Mine are Lockheed too, btw.
