update. removed trim over left rear shock. I didn't find any plug with the wires I'm looking at. It appears that the wire that's not getting power is red with a yellow stripe. I found where the wire is split into two and that wire is not getting power. Is there another connector further...

I changed the left bulb, no change. I'll check out the connector. Thanks for the help.

Only the high mounted stop light works when the brake is pressed. The bulbs in the side lights are fine and the low power part works when the headlights are on. Does anyone have ideas or a wiring diagram so I can troubleshoot this better?
