    Maybe I should send the turbo back an state that this banjo bolt shouldn't be there and that it has widened the threads to the oil intake causing it to leak using the original fitting from my inlet pipe, what you think?

    I don't know how much restriction m8 this is all new to me, but the 1 on eBay wich looks same as the bolt I got says 1mm hole to restrict oil flow to reduce smoke ect!

    Looked on eBay an these banjo bolts are noted for 200 an 300 tdi turbos? Could my turbo be a tdi 1 or could some1 have fitted this bolt to a td 1 an opened up the threads? How do I fit my pipe to the banjo bolt? Am I making sense lol :-)

    If it helps the turbo came with an restricter banjo bolt in the hole were the oil feed goes in! My original 1 never had 1 ?

    Well I took advise from people of here for the runaway engine an thanks for the advise I will try an fin another fitting for the oil pipe I think, I don't think it's worn tho I think it just a different fixing for it I need, I've started the engine and it all seems fine apart from the oil leak...
