    having done a 40mm lift on mine bolts from bearmach via e bay, I wouldn't bother if ever did again, not that much difference the amount of metal cut was very slim, maybe 10mm no need to extend brake pipes never had tracking done, drives fine

    Do you have to replace pads when doing discs?

    I cant see why you should, especially if the pads are nearly new, I mean you don't replace disc's if changing pads, so why do the other way around

    one way, would be to melt some wax and paint the bolt heads/body work, then fill with your silicone, allow to dry, then it will still be removable if need be
