can some one tell me how to adjust my new weber carb, i had someone put a emissions machine in my exhaust and adjust my carb to about 2%, i dont think its running right , so can someone tell me the best way to adjust it so it runs right, its also very thirsty.its on a 1980 series three light...

hi i recently had a weber carb fitted to my 1980 light weight, the old carb wasnt much good, im now getting about 11 mpg around town, i read somewhere that someone changed their weber for a craddocks / paddocks carb and now get over 20 mpg , does anyone one know what i should fit to get this...
