hi guys my td4 has 113k on clock just been fully serviced egr buy pass pipe fitted new intercooler pipes starts first time & generally funs sweeet @ 40mpg but it has a flat spot/ slight hesitation at light throttle eg when crusing if i put my foot down it goes away any idears please

i have just fitted a egr by pass pipe but lost one of the bolts so fitted it using 3 bolts will this be ok or cause any problems all seems fine so far

decided to take off egr & inlet manifild & soak them in oven cleaner over night ( the one you put in a bag mrs swears by it ) they came up like new then blanked of erg & cut & knocked out the valve in the erg so its a straight through pipe put every think back & fount one of the air inlet ruber...
