I bought a 200tdi disco in may as a donnor for the 90. i stripped it and weighed in the body (without number plates) in june. I have just got the logbook through this morning and there isnt a part to send off to say its scrapped. Now it did take 7 months for the dvla to send it but what do i do now?

Replacing the rear crank oil seal on the 200tdi prior to doing the conversion. Now where to get the seal from, Ebay has them for around £10. Dealer £30. Which would be the best????????? I am thinking dealer cos I dont want to do it twice

Will a 4 bolt steering box off a K reg 200tdi disco fit on my D reg 90?( also 4 bolt). The reason being I have the donnor and the steering was sooooooo much lighter on the disco. I am using the tdi pump /with the engine conversion and wondering if I need the box as well.
