hi guys, my 2003 TD4 landy wont hold very well on the hills and the brake lever goes up way to far, do you think it just needs the lever adjusting or do you think it would be the shoes as well??

hi guys i want to change the oil on my landy 2003 TD4 but i cant see the filter lol i looked under the landy and theres a large metal plate, would i have to take this off to get to it then?? any bits of advice on serviceing would be good though as buying a service kit for it
