We fitted air compressor pump to a 2008 range rover 3.6 diesel sport and now the suspension is sitting up and when you try to put it down it says suspension fault

Hi can anyone help with these lights.i have been told by a land rover mechanic that it's not the pump because there's 3 lights on.i suspect there's a front wheel bearing gone.would this put these lights on.thanks in advance for any help
