Hi, I currently have a Disco TD5, but i fancy a TD5 Defender, If is was to change the transfer box gearing to that on the Disco and sound proof it (exmoor trim kit etc) and maybe chip it, is it going to be any good on the motorway compared with the Disco?

Has anybody out there got a P38 running on veg oil? i know there are a couple of companies ie Smartveg and DieselVeg etc that will do a conversion, but i was wondering if anybody has successfully converted theirs and is happy with the end result?

Hi, When i was cleaning the inside of my 2002 Disco gs today i noticed a block connector hanging down from both the front drivers seat and front passenger seat, can anybody tell me what they are for, as it is the basic model there are no electric/heated seats etc thanks

Can anybody tell me what's involved in transferring the engine and a gearbox from a disc tdi to a defender. I assume that the gearbox set up is slightly different and therefore better for cursing at higher speeds? is this right? thanks
