Getting a real vibration through the body when going uphill at speed (60+) Am I right in assuming this is prop shaft related?

Now I understand the procedure to recallibrate, this just doesn't seem to be working. My issue is, how do you know how to allign the window when you are winding the motor/setting the glass in its mounts or does this all not matter to the recallibration processs? Thanks, Ryan
