    Discovery towbar

    Hi all....Help,problem with witter towbar fitted to early 98 disco-the strut/arm on 1 side touches the fuel tank when towing weight,witter recommended packing out bolts at hitch ends with washers-no help.Someone suggested moving fuel tank?Would another make of towbar get over my ill fitted...
