    On the muddy mods site, the grey FL2 on the KO2 tyres on the lift page looks to have 245/70R17's on. I'd suspect this is likely as big as you can go, but may still rub. I think there is a chap on YouTube with slightly bigger, but he did have to do some cutting. Remember a lift does not help...

    I would guess halogen. You should be able to get to the bulb. Halogen will light up at full output instantly. Xenon may flicker as you turn them on and gradually increase in brightness.
