You could try priming it with the fuel feed hose removed from the injection pump. When my lift pump was naffed it passed absolutely no fuel at all. The more people I meet, the more I love my German Shepherd.

I would point to a weak fuel lift pump, mine had the same symptoms until I changed it. Ben

You need a 3/8" torque wrench which you could get for next to nothing (unless you buy SnapOn)

Any gauge that is designed to measure atmospheric pressure should do. You also need to decide if you want to read pressure at the compressor outlet, or at the onlet manifold. I would argue that the latter of the two is more useful and would provide the level of boost your engine is actually...

Good mod. Will increase power, reduce fuel consumption although not by any huge margin. Other advantage is that you can make sure the fan is off if you wade to keep bay cleaner.
