    Mine had a new head on it last year due to the plastic bleed screw snapping inside the thermostat causing a blockage, its done 180,000 and still pulls like a train, so I wouldnt worry too much. Just do as DaveK says and get it upto working temp making sure it pulls well

    I shall give that a go :p Failing that Ill try a new set of copper washers as Sean suggested. Im hoping your right though Langers as the head is only a few months old so you would think the chap who had it would of fitted new washers when putting the stuff back together :doh: cheers guys

    Ive had this annoying leak from my disco 300tdi, at first thought it was engine oil because the spots on the drive were black but it turns out it was diesel collecting dirt etc as it ran down the block. Found the leak off pipes were brittle and split so replaced these. At first thought job...
