    Rinse with water first, wash, clay, wash again, 4-5 coats of collinite, job done. I only wash the car once or twice a year. Wheels get done slightly more often. Job done.

    Looking to read some codes for the hevac and change the becm to gulf spec. Anyone done this ? Fed up wih this keycode lockout crap, it becoming more frequent. Btw I have disconnected the blue wire! Not 100% sure if I change the reciever box it will eliminate my problem.

    P38 DT/DSE/DHSE owners - how many miles to a tank?

    Mine has a yellow light for low fuel. The range states less than 50 miles. I did a recent run London to Leeds and back and the range said 76 miles left. 4adults plus luggage. Someone on here do the sums.

    I actually thought it was duff glowplugs too on my car, so I swapped them out for a new set of bosch. Still it take a little longer than usual, it used to fire instantly before- well i mean a few years back. Intank pump is 6 months old, so I guess it has to be glowplug relay. will look into it...

    I just did this exact job recently, one thing I did notice was the intake itself has three t25 security torx bolts on the underside of the manifold. I wanted to remove these and gain acces to the chamber for better cleaning but I ran out of time and skipped it. Has anyone tried to open this up...

    does it matter if the vibration is at all speeds or just a set speed- i have some wobble at exactly 60mph..?? could it be uneven a rear tyre wear??
