    Nope I already have a nearly new genuine take-off bulkhead with no rust at all in the garage as a spare! :D

    Caliper and column advice req'd.

    If you go for a repair kit for the calipers buy genuine as pattern part ones leak after a bit and are harder to fit!

    Are one or both of your calipers rusted and sticking? Have you checked your back brakes aswel as they will make it pull if stuck on. Are your swivel balls rusted and pitted at all? If they are its likely they have damaged the seal again letting it leak. Again pattern part swivel seals leaked...

    Top swivel pin bolts are M10 and bottom bolts are M8.

    110 front calipers come stadard on the late 200tdi 90s and 300tdi 90s so cant see a problem with them.

    Positive or Negative?

    Best place is on the postive and as close to the battery as possible but you will then cut power off to EVERYTHING. You might want to put another fused cable in to power the radio or anything like that.

    Good enuff alternator?

    I think it should be a 65amp one. It will probably be ok if you are doing occasional winching but if you are in any competitions or likely to be winching for a long time I would look out for an 80 or 90 amp one from a v8 Rangerover.

    Use genuine rubber bushes, expensive but worth the extra especialy with a lift.

    I have cheap drilled and grooved disks on the front of my 90 with EBC greenstuff pads and on the back it has a set of genuine pads and normal disks. It stops quite sharp compared to using just mintex pads front and back. I also have a set of genuine pads for the front that will be going on...
