    Lol. Tell me about it. Another hour past and I'm still crap!!! Im using some 5mm angle and 5 mm flat plate. I can get the weld on one or the other but I just can't get them to join. The welder is a arcweld 140. I've found a garage in Calverley who will do it for £40. Sold...

    How the hell do you arc weld??? So far I've gone through 8 rods, ground the steel down loads, and still can't get them to hold.... Does anyone have any tips???
