To reset the windows, you need to open them fully then as quick as you can, press the close until it's fully closed again. Keep hold of the close button until you hear a beep and get a Window Set message. You might need to try it a couple of times before you get it right.

Hi sometimes when I park up and try to lock the car with the remote nothing happens. I have to first press the unlock button and then press the lock. It works then. Is this a common problem? It doesn't always do it.

Yes it does. Since I found a leak in one of the airlines now it's up to height before I have backed off the drive. About 4 seconds is all it takes to stop flashing if it's been parked over night.
