So another thing to mention is a battery with low voltage can throw up all sorts of faults including srs, can you check the battery voltage? Simple fixes are worth checking beforehand and diagnostics aren’t reliable with a low battery anyhow

Nanocom for edc (06?), testbook t4 or a faultmate. There may be others that read it to certain degrees but these are ones I would trust. Maybe someone around you will be willing to accept a day out with tea and biccies?

Later models tend to put the light out themselves once the issue has been sorted. Is it EDC gems or Thor?

You had it off the road for sometime, hopefully something simple. Exhaust, inlet air leak, o2 sensor. Do you have diagnostics to read into it?
