Either 205/80/16 or 215/80/16 are the most popular choices for 60/40 usage.

Tyre size esp width will depend on the offset of your rims, mine have negative offset which lets me have 235/70/16, I took 215/80/16 off, these two sizes have the same rolling circumference.

Running ATs on the rear and road on the front will have different rolling diameters, so if you have AT rear you need to fit the same make and tyre type to the front

Yes I need one, due to limited funds, going to get some steel/alloy plate from local dealer and make one myself.
