    sounds like it's axle oil, leaking into the swivel housing, seals might have gone...but if i'm wrong please somebody correct me, if it is that, it's not complicated just time consuming

    alpine 4" ones are a snug fit, but do fit ok, mine are those and have the original face plates ontop, nice crisp sound too

    replaced one of two bump stops on the Disco, and the mudflap plate, that extends from the inner wing...the other one fell to bits, then had to re-work the bracket from that that goes to the bootfloor, **** poor fit, but good now

    make sure if you decide to do the mod you seal the end of the vacuum pipe, or it can affect the brakes on the your Landy I actually have a spare new in packet EGR plate/gasket, and bolts if you need one pm me for details :)

    I have yet to see a jimny in Afganistan, or any other war, if they were so great and versatile surely they would be the vehicle of choice, for all the armed forces here and other countries...i've never seen an ex military Jimny, or any other jap 4X4, i know the taliban use hilux, and the like...
