    Freelander 1 offroad.

The only snorkels I've seen are for the V6 - nothing at all for the TD4. Saying that, I've seen something on tinterweb that shows a TD4 with a snorkel that was made in Spain. Don't have any other details or whether they're still being made.

    Wheel Offset...

The part number in the wheels I got was: RRC504630XXX It may be a case that because they didn't come of the same model freelander. Best thing to do would be to call a local LR dealer and talk to the parts dpt.

I'm not too sure myself, but have just bought a set of 5 16" without the dimples - I got the part number from the garage and checked with LR - they said they would be ok....I hope they're right. What's the part number for your 16"?

    navteq gps disks....

Could try here: Europe - Freelander It doesn't say how the maps are delivered (i.e. disc or download). It might be worth giving them a call. If you don't need up-to-date maps, they might be able to give you discount on some old ones??

    navteq gps disks....

As I already had a Garmin GPS, the first thing I did when I got my Hippo was to get rid of the Stereo / GPS. Got a Bluetooth stereo so I could use the phone, handsfree of course.

    Freelander Alloys

I spoke to a fella at Nene Overland about wheels and he said whilst you can use spacers they can cause wheel bearings wear out quicker due to the load balancing or weight distribution (or summit like that). :D Just put 'Freelander Wheel Spacers' into Google and it'll probably chuck you a...

Are 17" and 16" alloys interchangeable?

I'm thinking of doing the same things and getting a set of 16" for winter!! However, I called Nene Overland for some advice and they have some 17" AT's for my '06TD4. I'm still going down the 16" route though!!!

    Wheel Offset...

Just called Quickco (got their number off the LR site) and enquired about what wheels would fit my Hippo ('06 TD4 HSE).... The only part number they gave me (after him asking why I needed a part number) was: RRC504630MNH. Apparently these are the only wheels that fit a 6A onwards Chassis...

    Wheel Offset...

Thinking about these: FREELANDER SET OF 5 ALLOYS 16 INCH WITH TYRES WHEEL NUT on eBay (end time 14-Oct-10 19:45:17 BST) But they're off a 2000 V6 and I'm not sure whether they'll fit my '06 TD4. The part number is: RRC114800XXX Any ideas if 16" alloys from a Y2K Petrol V6 fit an '06...

    AT tyres vs road tyres

I'm just wainting for a quote for a set of 16" alloys and AT2s to stick on my '06 TD4. If the price is right, I'm having them. With this winter set to be just as bad as last, if not worse, I aint risking it (or should I say, I just wanna have some fun!!).
