I did mine the other week - after them sitting in the box for a year!!! Couldn't bring myself to drills the holes in case I foofed it up.....but looking back, it was a doddle!! Just make sure you have the template lined up and drill a pilot hole first!!

Is it normal (well for LR's) to blow the fuse when the bulb goes???

Just had to replace my o/s sidelight bulb (again!!). Funny thing is it also blows the fuse and takes out my dash lights.....wondered wtf happened!!! I suppose it's LR humour, instead of having a warning light on the dash telling you that a bulb has blown.....

At the moment, I'd say the fuel!!!

My rear demister never used to work - relay clicked etc. Took it back to garage (still under warranty) to get them to fix - they said it was working fine. Anyway, it recently failed its MOT on rear number plate light - when I took the rear door card off, the demister wasn't actually connected...

Daft question, but have you put the right bulbs in....?? I've heard of a similar problem when replaced the with wrong bulbs....or put in the wrong place....

At least with your cameras, you'll be able to see if it's raining behind you.....if it isn't you can reverse back a bit :p

I've got the same problem with my n/s mirror....just waiting for some dry weather to get out andd take it apart.....
