I had the same thing today (with my 2002 TD6), turns out it was the rubber seal in the EGR thermostat, that is tucked at top of the engine by the back of fan.

Not sure if this is vehicle or engine specific so hopefully in the right section. My 52 RR has just started to hesitate and judder when accelerating. Drives ok normally and revs ok out of gear when stationary, oh happens under load. Kickdown works fine, starts to accelerate then engine starts...

Just got a call from the missus and she has the 30mph off road alarm sounding. I have told her to turn the on road navigation on and turn off the dash display from the button on the indicator stalk but the alarm is still sounding. How the hell do you turn it off!! haha sorry if this is a lame...
