    they are a about £65 new,i got an old junk defender one inc m/cylinder from a scrappy for my '88 1969 2a petrol and when i was sure it all fitted correctly i bought brand new, less than £100 all in, the manifold vacuum take off is a standard gas fitting, atb and good luck,

    at a rough guess i havnt had a vehicle speedometer checked at an mot for over 25 years and that was just them lifting and spinning the front wheel of a motorbike,i dont think my vans speedometers have ever been checked in 40 years, i presume if the mileage had stayed the same from the last test...
