all dorted all flushed system used 40psi inc water jetted thru innand out matrix now so happy £5 infared temp monitor works gr8

i have heating yay!! chuffed used compressor 40psi to blow thru heater matrix whilst pushing water old antifreeze **** out.

cheers as cdnt work it out lol, going flush system tomorrow and pray heater works after going take temp of matrix hose pipes with infared meter in morning then flush thru after and buy the red/ pink antifreeze, whats mixture i should do with distilled water? isnt boiled water ok too?

bloody heating, so washed matrix out and fitted inline thermostat, didnt think was later but try you must, hot bottom pipe top cool

what steering fluid you using?

put the inline thermostat i am going too and £11 at minute aa this is listed for td4 and mgzr as they got same problem

i blanked egr valve but left heater exhaust which broke at flexi now, would this be anything to do with no heat? fan inside etc all fine bled pipe on bulk bleeder, im going check wires in a bit as hot at bulkhead pipes and cleaned matrix with a flush so far

need sort heat in cab fir my 6 year old! no heat but blower all work etc, pipes hot at bulkhead but blows just cold

brill try my heater at weekend

need to find a place cheapest for new cooling pipes

my baby
