thanks but had to be a td4 , bought ecu kit as lost my keys, you must change ews encase anyone else loses keys as i did as ecu only let ignition on and wouldn't run due to immobiliser back on road now

back on road changed ecu ews and took chip into my key from set from ebay , heating not as hot, must not fitted air box right?

waiting on complete ecu kit as for price i got it i cdnt say no from same year as mine model etc, if i put transponder in my key itl wrk?

dont suppose you got ecu and key or transponder and connector as lost my keys i know its a old post i have key for barrel that turns ign on but no start as no transponder

if i change ecu from same model and barrel kit off ebay will the car run if from bmw 47 system same as mine?

they need car to program to ecu and as cant get car moved il get a mobile chap to program cheers when it comes from usa in 7 days

got new key from landrover wish i had done what you said , boody key comes from usa 7 days and needs programming im told as i cant get car to landrover

yer transponder is in old key but yet dash comes on etc went down toilet fell out as i flushed from hoody

is the eka number stamped on barrel or hidden on sticker so i can try get number on td4 2001 freelander pre facelift

im gutted just flushed mine down fing toilet inc remote lucky got spare key but no transponder rac on way now
