    well got to love a 4 day weekend, made up all the brake pipes and got them bleed seems to work nicely just got to get the engine up and running to check the servo, brake pipes not in that pic but thats were the wing had to be cut to fit around the servo. most the pipework sorted...

    sorry i am aware its an awful picture but you have to put the bolt in before the top bolt. its fine clearance wise just needs moving out.

    in the end i also got the exmoor one the diagonal supports suit some holes already on the cappings but the other 4 needed drilling, I've flipped my brackets for the belts the other way round (down yours are up) and seems ok just need to re-drill some holes further out as the belt is reluctant to...

    haha thanks well yes its fitted but need to work out a mechanism to adapt it to the 300tdi under the bonnet :rolleyes:

    I've recently brought an R tech one seems ok considering its the "baby" of the range, mine runs off a 13amp plug but with your larger budget and big supply you should be able to get a pretty decent one. :) Sam

    they all seem to look very familiar in design, well to me anyway:confused: . the picture with it tack welded together doesn't inspire much confidence but i do hope there fully welded. the only other option i can see is a modified military seatbelt/roll bar, but they seem considerably more money.

    cheers pal, yeah I'm surprised how well the paints done I've tried scratching it off and its adhered well only issue was the one hot day in the summer :roll eyes: the fabric stretched and left four white unpainted bits underneath the diagonal strip but they soon disappeared once it cooled down...

    another update no pictures unfortunately but got the front axle reassembled and refitted just got the free wheeling hubs to clean and refit. fitted the new procomp shocks and the extended brake hoses. cut the footwell to accommodate the newly acquired brake servo assembly and the bulkhead tie...
