no one cares about ur freelander, especially since u haven't introduced urself or posted ur woes in the freelander bit. if u think there's a tool rattling around then get underneath and have a look for it. and if u think a fuse has blown then go check. simples ;)

that sounds like a very weird combo of things concking out :confused: have u got any of them working again yet?

I've had knackered wheel bearings where it sounds like someone is hitting the chassis with a hammer when I've been moving off/stopping.

defo all of it shd be hot. has it got lots of external damage (fins missing) and have u cleaned it thro recently?

measured my fender last week cos fed up of getting halfway under car park barriers and then realising I'm about to get wedged :rolleyes: mine was 2.02m with snorkel, no lift and 265/75 tyres. yeah, I reckon around 2.10 metres shd be good ;)
