sounds like uv found ur problem then :D. get some jump leads or other type of temporary earths sorted and see if any of the problems disappear ;)

landyfox, a quick suggestion then I'll shut up. I had issues such as temp gauge going crazy, radio cutting out, headlights blowing, etc. it wasn't until I bought a new set of jump leads that I though, why don't I try using a jump lead to create new temporary earth between various bits and see...

u sure the fan is actually working? sounds as if its either knackered or on its way out and ur only getting good airflow when ur driving faster. do you really mean rev related or is it that u get air coming through at faster speeds?

I'm with sureterm at the mo but renewal is due next month so will be interesting to see what the premium is. I've always found sureterm to be the cheapest for me over the past few years
