just remove the feed and return pipes or you could remove the sender gauge and drop the tank but to be honest i have welded many vehicles with the diesel tank in situ and had no probs :) petrol is a whole different ball game ! also you can buy a compleat new rear cross member :)

there is an L shaped 'rod' you can adjust on the dial gauge. put this 'rod' against something solid and set the dial gauge to 0 degrees. simply turn the torque gauge to the required degrees :) they might look a bit complicated but they are really easy to use :)

to my knowlege you dont need the log book to tax a vehicle. you can fill in the application for the v5 at the post office at the time of taxing it. you need to show mot and insurance though.

from just below 1/4 tank it takes about £80 to fill to the neck and i get about 430-450 miles before its back to the just below 1/4 level. if that helps :)

i would say if you rev the engine to 4000 rpm the turbo is the least of your worries.

nope ! henderson shutter doors at somercoats didnt have the spraying facilities so they used to bring the panels to my mates place and we would spray them with the colours they provided.

ive sprayed a lot of 2k and plasticote paint for hederson shutter doors and that stuff is leathal but it smells nice when ya spraying it. i aint ever worn a mask of any sort. cant say ive had any ill effects from it.
