    v8 running problems

Have you had the fuel trim adaptions reset? Having fault codes cleared does not reset them, neither does disconnecting the battery. They would need resetting after new lamdas, MAF, Crank sensor etc. Hope this helps you

Landrover Discovery V8i ES 52 plate LPG

So, you've built a few V8's, WOW! My 9 year old could do that. Easy to work on. But, do you have experience in tuning LPG? When I had a Marina van back in 1983, LPG only, funny enough that didnt run any hotter either.

I get 14 mpg travelling around town etc, Doubt if you get 30 - 35 around town. More like 23 - 28 unless its been chipped. Also, I dont search for LPG stations, I pass the 60p litre one on my way to work every day. No probs towing my boat down to Cornwall either, I know where all the LPG stations...

    disco 2 towing nightmare..........

Towing HGV is different as your trailer wheels are at the rear, caravan wheels are central so you need different ratio at the front. Caravans are different. Next time you go flying past a caravan on the motorway have a look in your mirror

    Rear step won't stay up

Save some money if you dont use it much, only two bolts through the chassis, chuck it in your shed till you sell the Landy on, then buy a new strut for it & it wouldnt have rotted while in your shed
